Shipping And Handling All orders are sent free of charge to mainland UK if the total order value inc VAT is over £40, any order under £40 inc VAT will be charged £5.80 including VAT. Delivery Schedule We offer delivery to all addresses on the UK mainland. We will normally deliver your order to you in 2 to 5 working days, unless stated otherwise. All delivery dates are approximate and no liability whatsoever is accepted for late deliveries. Please do not arrange for Plumbers/Fitters until you have received the goods and checked them.
Carriers All parcels are sent via ANC or Royal Mail for next day delivery. When your order is dispatched, we will email you with tracking details so you are able to follow the progress of your consignment.
Returns Procedure Before you return an item to us, you must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from us. The procedure for this is as follows:-
- Email sales@speedplumb.co.uk with details of the product(s) you wish to return, and your reason for returning. We will issue you with your RMA number.
- Ensure that you mark the RMA number on the address of the parcel.
Failure to follow the above steps can lead to a delay in processing your return.
Returns Policy We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from SpeedPlumb. However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.
Items Damaged in Transit If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 7 working days. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, please sign carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.
Items Faulty on Arrival If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 28 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty, we will only refund the cost of the item to you, less any shipping costs incurred by us.
Items Faulty in Warranty Period If any of your purchases develop a fault, and it's more than 28 calendar days since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair. In some cases, manufacturers provide a specialist full on-site service and/or telephone help facilities for your convenience which we recommend you use in order to correct the fault quickly.
If you change your mind If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 7 working days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 28 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received at SpeedPlumb, we will issue a refund, less our original shipping costs, within 30 days, for the product to your original payment method.
